When a member acquired a historic 17th-century villa in the Tuscan countryside, they turned to our lifestyle team to oversee a comprehensive restoration that would honour the property's heritage while introducing contemporary luxury.
We assembled a team of leading Italian architects, heritage conservation specialists, and interior designers. The two-year project included restoring original frescoes, sourcing reclaimed terracotta from local artisans, and installing state-of-the-art home technology invisible to the eye.
The grounds were redesigned by a celebrated landscape architect to include an infinity pool overlooking the Val d'Orcia, an olive grove, and a kitchen garden that now supplies the villa's professional-grade kitchen. The result is a seamless blend of centuries-old beauty and modern comfort.
