To celebrate a milestone anniversary, a member requested something truly once-in-a-lifetime: a private dinner in Venice that would surpass any restaurant experience. Our dining team delivered an evening that exceeded every expectation.
We secured exclusive use of a 16th-century palazzo on the Grand Canal — a privately owned residence not available to the public. A two-Michelin-starred chef from Milan was engaged to create a bespoke eight-course menu inspired by historical Venetian cuisine, paired with wines sourced from private cellars across the Veneto region.
Guests arrived by private gondola, passing beneath the Rialto Bridge as a string quartet performed from the palazzo's candlelit terrace. The evening concluded with a private fireworks display reflected in the waters of the Grand Canal.
