When a long-standing member approached us with the desire to create an unforgettable proposal for his partner, we knew ordinary wouldn't suffice. The brief was ambitious: a surprise journey spanning three countries over 48 hours, culminating in a proposal at a location of deep personal significance.

Our team coordinated private aviation between London, Venice, and Santorini, arranged exclusive access to a private palazzo on the Grand Canal for an intimate dinner, and transformed a clifftop terrace in Oia into a candlelit proposal setting with a string quartet.

Every detail — from the custom floral installations at each location to the vintage Champagne selected to match the couple's first date — was orchestrated with precision and secrecy. The partner suspected nothing until the final reveal.
